Group Coaching Built for Childcare Leaders

Catalyst is a twice-monthly group coaching experience built around one idea: implementation happens inside community, not alone.

You'll join a cohort of childcare directors and owners, meet consistently twice a month, and work through the real challenges that keep getting deferred. Each quarter has a structured focus so your energy goes somewhere — not everywhere.

This is not a course you watch on your own time.

This is not a one-time workshop that sends you home with a binder.

This is a consistent group, a confidential space, and real accountability — from people who actually understand what it means to lead a childcare program.

Choose Your Tribe

Pick the cohort that fits your schedule — Sunday or Wednesday. You'll stay with this group. The consistency of the people is part of what makes the accountability real.

Meet twice a month

1st and 3rd of the month. Every session is structured for implementation — not inspiration. You'll leave with decisions made and next steps clear.

Work a quarterly focus

Each quarter has a theme: SOPs, Staff and Hiring, Enrollment and Marketing, or Data and Decisions. You'll go deep on what matters most — not surface-level everything.

Stay Confidential

Start your week with intention. This cohort meets on Sunday mornings to plan, implement, and hold each other accountable going into the week.

Wednesday Tribe

1st and 3rd Wednesdays

A mid-week reset. This cohort meets on Wednesdays to check in on progress, work through obstacles, and keep implementation moving.

Carrie Casey

With extensive experience in commercial development, real estate, and navigating local and state compliance agencies, including planning and zoning, Carrie has successfully started childcare centers from scratch, acquired existing programs, and revitalized struggling facilities. She specializes in assisting startup owners.

Kate Woodward Young, M.Ed.

An ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and former Certified Business Analyst with the Ohio SBDC, Columbus Ohio SBA, and the Texas Center for Women's Business Enterprise, Kate brings over 30 years of experience in guiding business owners to discover their passion and purpose.
