Catalyst is a group coaching experience for childcare directors and owners who are done being reactive and ready to finally move the work that matters forward. You'll join a consistent cohort, meet twice a month, and work through the real operational and leadership challenges that keep getting pushed to the back burner.

This is not a course. This is not a one-time training. This is accountability, community, and implementation support — built specifically for childcare leaders.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

- Twice-monthly live group coaching calls (1st and 3rd of the month)

- Choose your cohort: Sunday Tribe or Wednesday Tribe

- Quarterly structured focus areas (SOPs → Staff → Enrollment → Data)

- Peer accountability group — same people, every session

- A confidential space where leaders can be honest about what's hard
