Director Bookshelf Author Collaborative

The Director Bookshelf Author Collaborative is a shared conference book booth partnership

for early childhood education authors and industry leaders.

  • We bring authors together to:

    • Share the cost of exhibiting
    • Increase visibility at national and state conferences
    • Provide access to books for directors, owners, trainers, and speakers
    • Support launches and industry conversations

Instead of one author carrying the full cost of a booth, we collaborate.

    This model allows:

    • Authors to have their books represented at conferences they cannot attend

    • Speakers presenting at conferences to host book signings at the booth

    • Trainers and consultants to expand their reach

    • Self-published authors to stand alongside traditionally published experts

You do not need to be present at the conference.
You do not need to be at the booth.
You do not need to be a CEY Press author.
You do not need to be an Authority Project client.

If you can legally obtain author copies of your book and are not in violation of a publishing agreement, you are welcome.

  • What We Provide

    • Professional booth presence
    • On-site sales support
    • Inventory coordination
    • Conference representation
    • Optional book signing coordination for presenting authors
    • Support for launches when appropriate

We understand that a booth rarely pays for itself through book sales alone.

The Collaborative exists to create visibility, relationships, and long-term industry presence — not just transactions.
